ICS Courier has the practice of varying its fuel surcharge in concert with fluctuations in fuel prices, as outlined in the table below.

Please Note: The fuel surcharge percentages and corresponding gasoline price break points are subject to change without notice. In the event that the price of fuel rises or falls beyond the break points indicated above, the table will be updated accordingly.
* Based on the average price of unleaded gasoline for the four (4) week period leading up to the first business day of the calendar month. For Example: The fuel surcharge effective May 16th, 2004 is based on the average reported price of gas for the period April 7, 2004 - May 5, 2004.

The fuel surcharge will be reviewed on a monthly basis, based on the average price of regular unleaded gas as measured by MJ Ervin and Associates, an independent organization that monitors fuel prices across Canada.

The fuel surcharge will be applicable on the base shipping rate and additional weight charges for all domestic and international air and ground shipments. This includes all ICS Next Day™, ICS Worldwide™, ICS Everyday Economics™, Deferred Ground and DMD (freight charges only) shipments. The fuel surcharge will also be applied to Furtherance Points of service. The fuel surcharge is not applicable to the following: Additional Insurance, DMD Lettershop charges, Alternate Delivery Address Fee, Claims, Minimum Daily Charges and Minimum Monthly Charges.
